DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Josephine’s prides itself on creating a quality customer experience. To ensure our commitment to the utmost customer satisfaction, we ask that you please review our delivery requirements:
Josephine's maintains a minimum purchase requirement of a $45.00 arrangement for delivery.
For morning delivery- please place your order at least one day in advance of the desired delivery date.
For same-day delivery - orders must be placed before noon to provide our floral designers with a sufficient amount of time to create the arrangement and our driver ample time to get it safely to its destination.
For holiday season delivery - please place orders at least one day in advance of the desired delivery date. This allows us to properly prepare for and ensure efficient, on-time deliveries.

HOSPITAL POLICY
To ensure efficient delivery to patients, please provide their room number upon ordering.
Please note that our local hospitals do not accept arrangements for anyone in ICU or surgery suites. If needed, we are happy to check on the status of the patient to deliver as soon as possible. That being said we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
PRODUCT MATCHING
Please know that every arrangement design is emulated to the best of our ability. That being said, final products may vary due to ever-changing flower availability. We consistently stock beautiful, farm-fresh flowers, and take pride in the careful choosing of quality products for each of our valued customers. We do not disappoint!

ANONYMOUS DELIVERY NOTICE
Any arrangement sent with no enclosure card or an enclosure card not signed with the name of the sender is considered an anonymous delivery. In commitment to the safety of our customers and recipients, we must disclose the name of the sender via request by the recipient at any point before, during, or after the delivery process.
Every recipient is given a courtesy call or text before the delivery to ensure someone is present upon arrival, unless it is delivered to a business address during open business hours. In commitment to high quality standards and customer service, Josephine's does not leave arrangements at locations where no one is present to receive them.
