The colors and flowers will vary based on season and availability, but your arrangement will reflect the style, quality and size shown here.
 
FLOWER CARE
 
  1. Remove the packaging your flowers came in.
  2. Trim the stems at an angle with sharp scissors or clipper.
  3. Remove any leaves that will be below the waterline.
  4. Place your flowers in a clean vase filled with cool water.
  5. Display your flowers in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources.
  6. Give your flowers fresh, cool water every day, keeping the water level at the top of the vase.
  7. Every other day, give your stems a trim.
 
Floral arrangements for delivery begin at $45. For same day delivery please place orders in the morning to provide efficient time for delivery. During the busy holiday season, to assure speedy on-time deliveries, please place orders at least one day in advance. Your order will be delivered to the address you type in the free form box during checkout, not the shipping address associated with your Paypal account. We also offer FREE in store pickup. 
 
A Paypal account is not required to complete a purchase.

  • DELIVERY

    Josephine’s prides itself on meeting the customer’s needs. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction we ask you to place morning deliveries at least one day in advance. Additionally, for same day deliveries please place orders in the morning to provide efficient time for delivery. During the busy holiday season, to assure speedy on-time deliveries, please place orders at least one day before.

     

  • HOSPITAL POLICY

    To assure faster delivery please provide the room number of the patient upon ordering. Our local hospitals do not accept any orders to ICU. Additionally, the hospitals do not accept delivery to the surgery suites. However, we are happy to check the status of the patient daily and make the delivery as soon as possible.

  • PRODUCT

    Please understand that when you request an arrangement, we will try our best to emulate that design, however, designs may vary with flower availability. We always stock beautiful, farm fresh flowers so you won't be disappointed!

     

  • IN STORE PICKUP

    In-store pickup is available for all orders at no cost to you.
